Cookie Settings
Last updated · 13 February 2026
This Cookie Settings notice explains the cookies and similar technologies that may be set when visiting gyplautis.digital, the purposes for which they are used, and the choices available to the visitor. The notice should be read alongside the Privacy Policy referenced from the website footer.
1. Consent and choice
On a first visit, the website displays a consent panel that allows the visitor to accept or decline non-essential cookies. The choice is recorded in the visitor’s browser using a small key-value entry that does not transmit personal information to QueryPilot Academy. The visitor may change the choice at any time by clearing the entry through the browser’s settings or by revisiting this page and using the controls below.
3. Managing preferences
Visitors may manage cookie preferences through their browser settings. Common browsers offer controls to view, accept, or reject cookies on a per-site basis, and to clear cookies that have already been set. The QueryPilot Academy website continues to function with non-essential cookies declined; some convenience features, such as the persistence of the chosen theme between visits, may be unavailable in that mode.
4. Third-party cookies
The website does not set advertising cookies and does not participate in cross-site tracking networks. A small number of third-party services — for example, an embedded video player on a future media page or a future analytics tool — may set cookies under their own privacy notices when in use. Where such services are introduced, this Cookie Settings notice will be updated to describe them before they are activated for visitors.
5. Contact for cookie enquiries
Questions about this Cookie Settings notice, or about the cookies set on a particular page, may be addressed to [email protected]. QueryPilot Academy will respond within a reasonable time and, where the question concerns a third-party service in use, will identify the relevant third party so that the visitor may exercise rights directly with that provider.
6. Categories used today
At the date of this notice, the website uses two categories of cookie-like storage: a strictly necessary entry that records the visitor’s consent choice and prevents the consent panel from re-appearing on every page; and a functional entry that records the visitor’s preferred light or dark theme. Both entries are set on the gyplautis.digital domain only and are not shared with third parties. No analytics or advertising storage is set by default.
8. Browser-specific instructions
Most browsers — including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari — offer a Privacy or Site Settings panel from which cookies for the gyplautis.digital domain may be reviewed and cleared. The exact path varies by browser version; the documentation maintained by each browser vendor provides the most current instructions. Clearing the storage for this domain will reset both the consent choice and the chosen theme.
9. Impact of declining
Declining non-essential cookies does not prevent access to the website, the published cohort information, or the registration enquiry forms. The principal impact is that the chosen theme may not persist across sessions, and the consent panel may re-appear if the storage entry recording the prior decline is cleared. No content is gated by cookie acceptance.
10. Updates to this notice
This Cookie Settings notice is reviewed at least annually and whenever a new cookie or storage entry is introduced. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review. Material changes are summarised in a short notice on the website for a reasonable period before the change takes effect.
